Wilkes-Barre (PA)—Joseph Schintz, President of Business Solutions 360, has announced that Raymond A. Mazzarella is joining the firm as a full-time human resources consultant.

          A human resources executive with over 30 years of experience, Mazzarella has served in senior management positions for the United States Department of Veterans Affairs at various nationwide locations including the VA Central Office in Washington, DC.  Following his retirement from the Federal Government, he was appointed as an Assistant Professor of Human Resources at King’s College and has also served as an adjunct instructor at King’s, Luzerne County Community College and Wilkes University

.                In addition, he was also President and CEO of Mazzarella Consulting LLC, a management consulting firm specializing in human resources management. A graduate of King’s College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business and economics, Mazzarella also pursued graduate studies at Wilkes University and at George Washington and American Universities in Washington.
